I wish I could give this place, Dr. Bajwa, & Jeanne 0 stars. He completely mis diagnosed me and now no one wants to respond to my requests to have my records corrected. The front desk staff is not helpful and will give you the run around. They need a new manager, doctor, and new front desk staff. It was a waste of time and actually made me more mentally stressed. The place that gives them their accreditation is trash too. I want to say a whole lot more but ima just sit this here and pray that GOD shuts this place down. They will lie to you. You are better off finding you a herbal practitioner to help you with your mental health issues. They can be paid to lie. If you are trying to get disability from work they will do everything in their power to make sure you don’t. The Dr. diagnosed me with a cannabis disorder and I don’t even use cannabis. I hope the medical board takes his license’s forever!

I have been with Cary Behavioral Health for many many years now. They have always been caring, efficient and available. They spend quality time with me. They don’t rush me through appointments. I feel safe and at ease during every appointment. Their help through all processes is outstanding. From making appointments, quality care to helping with insurance issues. They are extremely fast getting back to me whenever I have a question and whenever my pharmacy has to contact them. They do not rush their patients ever. They do their research on all medications I am on and understand my entire background of medical issues. Helping to understand my medical problems by providing personal and care detailed towards me personally. I would recommend them to anyone.

I found myself in trouble after a very long 27 year history of major depression disorder. Upon reaching out to the CBH team one thing was evident ( my situation mattered TO THEM) THEY are the ones who fought successfully with my insurance who initially declined treatment, they wouldn’t take no for an answer THEY got treatment approved and me in for the first treatment in under a week. ALL of my anxious questions were answered timely if not immediately THEY made me feel as if “I “ was their only patient… WOW! I know that the team at CBH will most certainly be a stakeholder in my testimony. FROM THE BOTTOM TOP AND BOTH SIDES OF MY HEART, I wish to thank them all for who they are as human beings and what they do. THANK YOU; Dr. Bajwa, Jeanne, Maggie, Nikki and Cleoh.
